Working principle of electric steam boiler:
Its basic working principle is: through a set of automatic control
device, ensure that the liquid controller or high, medium and low
electrode probe rods feedback control the opening and closing of
the water pump, the length of water supply and the heating time of
the furnace liner during operation; The maximum steam pressure set
by the pressure relay decreases with the continuous output of
steam. When it is at low water level (Mechanical) or medium water
level (Electronic), the water pump automatically replenishes water.
When it is at high water level, the water pump stops replenishing
water; At the same time, the electric heating pipe in the furnace
bladder continues to heat, and steam is continuously generated. The
pointer type pressure gauge on the panel or the upper part of the
top immediately displays the steam pressure value, and the whole
process can be automatically displayed through the indicator light.
