after the intermediate frequency induction furnace flows from the
intermediate frequency induction furnace area at a higher position
into the insulation area at a lower position, Raise the molten
aluminum to the specified temperature and keep it warm in the
insulation area. Open the operation furnace door in the insulation
area, refine, degass and slag the molten aluminum, purify the
molten aluminum, and keep the temperature of the molten aluminum
within the set range of aluminum tapping temperature. The aluminum
liquid enters the front furnace through the overflow dam at the
bottom of the insulation zone, and the aluminum liquid can be
discharged through the aluminum outlet of the front furnace.
