Introduction To Working Principle Of Electric Heater Boiler:
The heater that converts electric energy into thermal energy by
using the electromagnetic induction principle converts the 50Hz AC
voltage into DC voltage by the rectifier circuit in the controller,
and then converts the DC voltage into a high-frequency AC voltage
with a frequency of 22khz through the control circuit. The
high-frequency AC voltage flows through the high-frequency wire
wound outside the non-metallic material pipe, and the magnetic
force lines generated by the high-speed changing magnetic field
will generate numerous small eddy currents when cutting the metal
container inside the non-metallic material pipe, so that the water
can be heated rapidly and the effect of rapid heating of water can
be achieved.
